1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the My Safe Limit application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Disclaimer of Responsibility

IMPORTANT: The My Safe Limit app provides calculations based on general guidelines only. Users are entirely responsible for their own alcohol intake and should never drive under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

The App makes every effort to provide accurate calculations based on current UK guidelines regarding alcohol processing rates. However, individual factors such as metabolism, weight, age, gender, food consumption, and overall health can significantly affect how alcohol is processed by your body.

UK drink-drive laws can change, and while the My Safe Limit app makes every effort to keep information up-to-date, users are ultimately responsible for ensuring they comply with current laws.

The only truly safe limit of alcohol when driving is zero. If you have any doubt whatsoever about your ability to drive safely, do not drive.

3. Use of the App

The App is intended for individuals of legal drinking age (18+ in the UK). By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

As outlined in the calculation explanation, any large gaps in drinks should be considered a reset, and you should calculate from the time you restart drinking. For example, if you have your first drink at 6pm, then your next drink at 9pm, your calculation must be made from 9pm.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

5. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The App collects only the information necessary to provide our services.

User searches and calculations are stored for the purposes of improving our service but are not tracked for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

6. Payments and Donations

The My Safe Limit app is free to use. We accept voluntary donations to support our service and marketing efforts.

Refunds for donations are generally not provided. However, in extraordinary circumstances, please contact contact@c-e-n.info.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the My Safe Limit app and its creators, owners, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through the App.
